1. Products & Orders

  • We sell office furniture: desks, office chairs, and shelving units.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Electric Desks (UL 962 Compliance):

  • Read all instructions before first use.

  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

  • Keep away from children – pinch points during height adjustment.

  • Ensure cords have enough slack to move with the desk.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Unplug before cleaning or maintenance.

For Office Chairs (BIFMA X5.1 Compliance):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Use on level surface.

  • Do not stand on chairs.

  • Check casters for floor type (hardwood/carpet).

For Shelving Units (Anti-Tip Safety – ASTM F2057-23):

  • Units over 30 inches tall must be anchored to the wall using provided anti-tip devices to prevent tipping, which can cause serious injury or death.

  • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

  • Do not allow children to climb on shelving units.

4. California Proposition 65 Warning

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to anchor shelving, electrical issues, accidents).
