1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 3-7 business days. Shipping: 7-20 business days via freight carrier (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on size/weight. Desks, office chairs, and shelving units have separate freight charges. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?
Yes, most items require assembly (attaching legs, shelves, hardware). Instructions and tools included. Often requires two people for larger items.

5. What types of desks do you offer?
We offer standard desks, standing desks (electric/manual), and corner desks. Electric standing desks comply with UL 962 (household and commercial furnishings electrical safety) and BIFMA X5.5 (height-adjustable desk stability and durability standards). Manual crank desks comply with applicable BIFMA standards.

6. What types of office chairs do you offer?
We offer ergonomic task chairs, mesh back chairs, executive chairs, and guest chairs. All chairs comply with BIFMA X5.1 (office seating durability and stability standards), which includes stability, strength, and fatigue testing.

7. What types of shelving units do you offer?
We offer freestanding shelving, wire shelving, and heavy-duty industrial shelving. Units over 30 inches tall include anti-tip devices and comply with ASTM F2057-23 (Clothing Storage Unit standard – applicable if unit is used for clothing storage). General shelving complies with ASTM stability standards.

8. What is BIFMA certification?
BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association) standards are industry consensus standards for office furniture safety and durability. Our chairs meet BIFMA X5.1 for seating; our desks meet BIFMA X5.5 for height-adjustable desks.

• Desks: Top surface: 100-300 lbs depending on model and mechanism.

• Office chairs: 250-400 lbs (check product specs).

• Shelving units: 100-800 lbs per shelf depending on material and design.

• Wood/MDF: Dust with dry cloth; wipe spills immediately; use coasters.

• Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.

• Electric desks: Keep cords clear; do not pinch during height adjustment.

• Leather/Faux leather: Wipe with damp cloth; use conditioner periodically.

• Casters: Remove hair/debris for smooth rolling.
